What It Means

My pin has the words veteran at the top, an American flag in the middle, and honor, sacrifice, and courage at the bottom. I came up with my pin when I was thinking what it meant to be a veteran. It means you showed courage, honor, and sacrificed a lot for this country. I made this pin to show that. This honors veterans because it shows that veterans have honor courage, and show sacrifice ever day they are serving for this country.Those words encapsulate what being a veteran means. Because veterans day is about honoring veterans it would make sense to make a pin that shows what they went through serving this country.
