Home of the Free

I put the words, “Home of the fee because of the brave” because it's inspired by the star spangled banner when it says the land of the free and home of the brave. So I changed the lyrics a bit to remind people the reason we are free is because of the brave people who fought for that freedom. I then decided to put stars at the top and stripes on the bottom to resemble the U.S flag. Veterans day is a holiday many forget about but is so important. People have risked their lives for the greater good of the country and it is important that we thank and appreciate them for their service and contributions to this country. Hopefully this pin will help make the people who served feel more appreciated as they celebrate this special holiday.
