Thank You Veterans

Veterans should be honored because of bravery, courage, and determination. The way they protect us is they defend our liberties and fight to protect our country. When the veterans leave their homes, it leaves an impact on the family. Also, most veterans struggle with flashbacks, mental health, or they could even become unemployed. The symbols I used for the project were stars. Stars can have multiple meanings, also multiple colors. The star is most likely to represent a military family member. I also used text to make the pin stand out, and to describe what the pin is about. The color I chose for my pin was gold, god stands for achievement, dignity, and honor. The stars were red, white, black, and blue. The color red stands for courage, zeal, and fortitude. The color white represents deeds worth of remembrance. Finally, the color black represents determination and constancy.
