My Veterans pin explaination

I hope my veterans day pin can make veterans feel appreciated. I put the plane + lettering black, not because it’s common but because I want it to represent our soldiers that have fallen. The red, white, and blue stripes stand for the American flag, the colors mean innocence, valor, vigilance, and justice, but those are just some meanings. Veterans did much to protect us but let us not forget to appreciate all of the soldiers that have risked their life.
