A True Meaning

In this year's competition the design I’ve made a pin that each piece that I included in my pin has a purpose. The four roses I put all around my design represent the fallen soldiers. Those who couldn’t have another opportunity to see their loved ones, or their comrades. The 2 soldiers represent the respect of a veteran, the stars, of the fallen soldiers watching over us, and the hearts are our admiring them as a thank you. Recognizing Veterans Day means that every single person in the US who has been in the military, marines, navy, air force, space guards, and coastal guards has a day when everyone in the US gives them respect. I believe that my pin will make a veteran feel appreciated because it will have a purpose in their heart that they did a risky duty to just protect the people and their nation.
